The entire guesthouse is yours. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, an outdoor barbecue and a fire pit with a stocked wood shed. A big yard for the kids — room to run or chase fireflies.
We own the property on both sides of the road — the house side and the lake side. Our dock and shoreline is a 30'-wide strip that runs from the road to the water, with a dock over 100' long. Have a boat? We'd be happy to talk about docking it during your stay.
We're networked in the community, so if you need vacation ideas — Fonda Speedway, Saratoga Racetrack, Howe Caverns, the Northville–Lake Placid Trail — just ask and we'll point you the right way.
